| Claim Details： I Durchased the above item on July 6 from All The Sales and was informed that the estimated delivery date for the order was between July 9 and July 28．When the item hadn’t arrived by August 5，I called the customer service number listed on the Web site．I left a message on the automated recording system but did not receive a response．I left a second message on August l l but still received no response．As I need the item right away，I plan to purchase a copy from a local bookstore．Therefore．I am asking for a full refund for the cost of this order，as the charge has already appeared on my credit card statement． | ||
